Warranty Procedure

- Obtain approval for your warranty claim.
- Pay shipping cost for replacement part(s).
- Receive replacement part(s) in 2-3 business days.
Incomplete, Damaged, or Broken Products
If ever upon receipt of your goods you realize that your product is incomplete, damaged, or broken, simply get in touch with our customer service and explain the situation immediately, do not install the part. A brand new product will be shipped out to you along with a prepaid return label to send back the original product. The defective product must be returned within the first 30 days.
Installation & Warranty Disclaimer
All wheel spacers must be installed by a qualified professional. The installer and vehicle owner are responsible for verifying that the wheel spacers are the correct application and fitment for the vehicle before installation and use
Before installation, the installer must verify proper fitment, including, but not limited to, the bolt pattern, center bore, spacer thickness, wheel and hub clearance, fastener type, thread size and engagement, and proper seating of the spacer and wheel. All fasteners must be properly installed and torqued in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications and any applicable product instructions.
The installer is responsible for ensuring that the wheel spacer, wheel, fasteners, suspension, brake components, and surrounding components have adequate clearance and are properly secured before the vehicle is driven.
We are not responsible, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, for damage, failure, injury, death, or additional costs resulting from improper installation, incorrect fitment, improper torque, insufficient clearance, use of incorrect or incompatible hardware, modification of the product, misuse, or failure to follow applicable installation procedures.
Damage to the vehicle, wheels, wheel hubs, bearings, suspension, brakes, studs, bolts, fasteners, or other components resulting from improper installation, incorrect fitment, misuse, modification, or failure to follow applicable installation procedures is not covered by our product warranty, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Warranty claims may be denied where the product has been improperly installed, improperly used, modified, damaged during installation, or installed on an application for which it was not intended. Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
By installing or using the product, the purchaser and installer acknowledge their responsibility to verify correct fitment and proper installation before operating the vehicle.
Cancelling Your Order
We usually ship out every order within 24 business hours. If you want to cancel your order, it must be done within that time frame. Once your order is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refunds & Credits
Once your return of product has been approved, a refund will be given using the same payment method. Customers must give a period of 3 to 5 days before your account is credited. A receipt will be sent to you via email.
We do not take any responsibility for any damage that is done during the installation of the product.
