All products must be in the original packaging, condition and have not been installed.
All products returned must have a valid RMA # provided to you by our customer service department.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
We will issue a full refund less the initial shipping amount.
NOTE: If a product is returned because of a mistake on our end, the shipping fees back to our location will not apply.
If a product is returned solely based on a customers request, it will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. A customer must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This form will include a precise return address where the product will be returned as well as detailed instructions on how to do so. Request your RMA form by:
Send your request by live chat support or by e-mail to email@example.com (9AM to 5 PM EST) and a customer service agent will provide you with your RMA number and return shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase date. We DO NOT accept exchanges of a product that have been installed on your vehicle. To process an exchange, simply place an order for the new product(s) you desire by using our online shop or by speaking with one of our sales agents by live chat or phone.
After placing your new order, request a return authorization number (RMA #) and follow the standard return procedure.
Upon receipt of the returned product(s), we will issue a full refund on your initial order. Your new order will ship immediately and arrive within our advertised shipping times.
